We are now looking for suitable candidates for the position Project Coordinator Cum Counsellor Palliative Care. The position is based in IGMC Shimla. The position will report to State Programme Manager (HP).
 
Responsibilities
 
Project Management and Supervision
  • Over all responsibility of smooth running of palliative care project in the state.
  • Manage the Palliative Care Team, ensuring that the desired services are provided and outlined activities are carried out as planned.
  • Organizethe daily schedules of the team and ensure punctuality of the staff. Ensure that feild activities and deliverables are planned and executed as per the timelines and budgets.
  • Proper coordination and liaison with IGMC as well as with donor
Reporting
  • Preparing and sending daily, monthly, quarterly and yearlyreports on time and also and analysis of the same.
  • To prepare case studies as per reporting guidelines and send the same after they have been checked by the line manager.
  • To record and maintain the records of beneficiaries counselled and activities carried out.
Key Technical Attributes:
  • Graduation or Post Graduation in Clinical Psychology.
  • 1-2 relevant working experience.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
