Overview

Jhpiego Kenya is at an exciting opportunity to reimagine and revitalize the office working areas in Kenya. The organization is embarking on a journey of transformation and is seeking a Videographer to work as a consultant with the communications team to bring its brand identity to life within its physical workspace in Nairobi - Kenya. This scope of work encompasses a comprehensive rebranding initiative aimed at creating a dynamic and inspiring environment that reflects the organization's mission, values, and commitment to making a positive impact on society.

 The design work will be for two wings of an office with about ten (10) separate offices and about five (5) commons spaces (meeting rooms and reception). This is a consultancy role and the assignment will take a maximum of ten working days.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the Communications Team to understand project objectives and requirements
  • Plan and execute video shoots to capture videos that would represent the mission and vision of Jhpiego Kenya as directed by the Communications Manager
  • Develop creative concepts for videos to be displayed on screens in meeting rooms, including promotional content, event highlights, and organizational updates
  • Ensure all video content aligns with the organization's brand guidelines and visual identity
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors as needed to execute video production projects

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrable experience in videography of similar projects/activities.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the technical requirements of the work and the production capabilities, what equipment they have for taking quality images outdoors and indoors, and hardware and software to edit images.
  • Adhere to confidentiality; NEVER share pictures of the community or healthcare workers filmed or photographed unless with written permission from Jhpiego Communications team
